I own a lot of cookbooks, which ironically leads up to why I need bariatric surgery now! lol However, this cookbook is really good. It gives actual meal plans for weeks 1-9 post operative particularly for gastric bypass. What is really nice too is that she also includes a good plan for exercise for all that time as well. It's like Goldilocks; not too much, not too little, but just right!! I would definitely recommend this for either the patient or a support person who is taking care of any bariatric patients.
